The results are the objectification, degradation and dehumanization of innocent Asian American Women. Join one of our workshops to address Mental Health, find support for healing sexual trauma, and find ways to cultivate self care in the midst of ones storms. We are not alone.

This safe space will explore strategies for managing stress, overcoming cultural barriers, and embracing self-care while navigating unique challenges. Together, we’ll foster community, share personal stories, and provide tools to help you prioritize your well-being. Healing Sexual Trauma
Group Therapy
This Group Therapy is a safe and compassionate space for survivors of sexual assault to heal from the affects of trauma. We will be supporting each other through our experiences, shared stories, and learn coping strategies while building a sense of community and empowerment. Through guided discussions and therapeutic exercises, we aim to foster healing, resilience, and strength, helping each woman to reclaim her power and prioritize their mental and emotional well-being.

Self-Care Workshop
This self-care workshop is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and prioritize your wellbeing. In a supportive, culturally affirming space, we'll explore personalized self care practices, stress management, and tools for balancing lifes many demands. Together, we'll break through the pressures of perfectionism, cultural expectations, and empower you to nurture mind, body, and spirit.

Mindfulness and Meditation Workshop
This Mindfulness and Meditation Workshop offers a calming space to explore techniques for reducing stress, increasing focus, and cultivating inner peace. Through guided meditation practices and mindfulness exercises, participants will learn how to stay present in the moment, manage emotions, and create a sense of balance in daily life. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop provides the tools to foster mental clarity, emotional well-being, and relaxation.
